Unfortunately, the maintenance could use a bit more attention. Issues like slow-draining water, broken curtains, and outdated lighting fixtures were noticeable. The breakfast left much to be desired, with limited options and some days feeling like a struggle to get a proper meal. Plus, the shuttle service to the beach is helpful, but the walk is perfectly safe anyway, feel less necessary. There were some communication barriers that hampered the experience, especially when it came to addressing room issues and connecting with local tour providers.

The hotel had a gorgeous location just close to a muay thai gym. Our rooms were reasonably spacious with a huge bed, a new updated bathroom, for instance.

The stay in the Hillside Villa was quite nice, especially with the beautiful pool area that offered stunning views. The spacious rooms added to the charm, and having the option to rent a scooter on-site made it easy to explore the nearby attractions, like Ao Nang Beach and Railay Beach. The shuttle service to town was also a great perk, ensuring we could enjoy the local vibe without any hassle. There were a few maintenance issues in the room, like a slow drain and broken curtains, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Please write at least 15 words A quiet and peaceful place perfect for couples to have time to themselves surrounded by the beauty of nature.
Service to the villa was not effecient. We requested for an international adapter several times and it never came. The air-conditioner broke down in the middle of the night and we had to endure the heat and stuffiness. The next day, the staff viewed this matter and upon departure the rightful thing to do would have been to compensate the guest for the inconvenience and distress that we had. It is always nice to know that the hotel regrets for their failures in making the stay of their guests uncomfortable.

The staff were great and very helpful. Great quiet location, away from the hussle and bussle. Breakfast was good value. The room was excellent, with great facilities. The staff made us feel very special when we arrived given it was our Wedding Anniversay.
We provided feedback that the hotel should invest in electronic mosquito repellants (plug socket ones - not expensive), together with top sheets for the beds. Too hot for duvets.

This wasn't what I expected, Good or Bad?
The pool has fine, tranquil views, and the warm-hearted staff consistently brightened our days with engaging greetings!
The dining experience lacked variety, and the breakfast buffet left much to be desired.

Location wasn't the best but shuttle service was useful however could be more frequent during busier periods.

Great hotel with super friendly staff. Big spacious rooms with a great shower/bath.
A little far away from the strip (20min walk) but we rented Vespas for 200bath a day so was very easy to go anywhere we wanted. Had a little problem with Mosquitos in our room
